PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably cool a heat medium flowing through a circulation pipe by uniformly and stably supplying a refrigerant fluid into an evaporation chamber of an absorption freezer. SOLUTION: A water sprinkling pipe 46 of a double pipe unit has a small diameter portion 46b being a small diameter hole coaxially provided in a tip end of a tip end sprinkling section 46a. The small diameter portion includes a needle 46c using a fine pipe (about the size of an injection needle) inserted and fixed, which is protruded to a sprinkled portion and protruded into an evaporation/absorption chamber. Thus, even though any impurity is involved in a refrigerant fluid, the needle 46c assures long term use, prevented from being simply clogged. Since the length of the needle 46c is increased, the needle is prevented from being clogged with braze when the needle is automatically fixed to the sprinkling section with brazing in a furnace. Further, since use of the needle enables an adjustment of resistance of the pipe with the length of the same not a hole diameter, the hole diameter is made relatively larger, whereby any impurity is prevented from being clogged to perform uniform and stable sprinkling of refrigerant water.
