PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film having low resistance and sufficient strength at low cost without repeating coating by applying a coating solution containing conductive metal oxide fine particles to a transparent carrier, and irradiating microwave to a coating film. SOLUTION: Preferable transparent conductive fine particles are an oxide of B, Mg, Al, or Si, and especially preferable to be an oxide mainly comprising In and an oxide combined with these metals. The shape of the fine particles is either one of sphere, needle, or flake. In the case of spherical particles, volume average particle size is preferable to be 150 nm or less. Mixing of binder resin to a coating solution is preferable. The binder is either one of an organic polymer or an inorganic polymer. The thickness of a dried film of a transparent conductive film comprising transparent conductive fine particles and the binder is preferable to be 0.1-20μm. As a solvent of the coating solution, water and aromatic hydrocarbon are listed. The frequency of microwave for irradiating to the coating film is preferable to be 300 MHz-200 GHz.
