PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bed capable of being folded in a compact manner, wheat not is use and holding a leg part in a relaxed and resting posture. SOLUTION: A front main frame 1 and a rear main frame 2 are pivotally connected to each other freely foldably in an inverted chevron shape and a reclining frame 4 is pivotally attached free vertically movably to a prescribed inclination angle. A first frame 5 freely vertically movable to the prescribed inclination angle is pivotally attached to the front end of the rear main frame 2 and a second frame 6 is pivotally attached to the rear end of the first frame 5 freely foldably in the inverted chevron shape. A front suspension arm 37 suspended from the vicinity of the rear end of the reclining frame 4 and a rear suspension arm 38 suspended from the vicinity of the rear end of the second frame 6 are connected by a flexible linking member 28 and the elevating/ lowering operation of the reclining frame 4 and the folding operation of the first frame 5/the second frame 6 are linked.
