PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce or eliminate passage resistance by pulsation of delivery gas, vibration and the seating sound of a deliver valve by constituting respective compression spaces so as not to simultaneously communication with a delivery hole. SOLUTION: The timing for communicating with a delivery hole is constituted to become before starting delivery in a compression space A and in the middle of compression in a compression space B so that each timing for delivering delivery gas becomes different each other by almost 180 deg.. Thus, delivery of the delivery gas is started in the compression space A, and while, the delivery becomes in the middle of compression in the compression space B, so that the deliver is started from the compression space B after turning a lap of a turning scroll by 180 deg.. Generation of pulsation of the delivery gas is prevented by the delivery hole, and an increase in passage resistance is prevented. A repetition of opening/closing of a delivery valve by high pressure delivery gas is prevented to eliminate a cause of noise by the seating sound of the delivery valve.
