PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce construction cost by sequentially-connecting a plurality of building units from a main house side, and forming the roof of the building unit which is the nearest to the main house into a tilted roof and the roofs of the other building units into flat roofs. SOLUTION: Three building units 2, 3, 4 are sequentially-connected from a main house side to form a unit building 1, and include box-shaped living room units 2a, 3a, 4a which form a living room 1a, a roof part 1b of a triangular roof unit 2b, and flat roof panels 3b, 4b. The living room unit 2a is longer than other living room units 3a, 4a in a girder direction so that a dimensional difference may form the open space 12 of a wood deck. Slopes 15 having gentle tilting are formed continuously on the wood deck. A resident in a wheelchair can move up to the open space 12 from the outside using the slope 15. It is thus possible to provide the building having an excellent appearance.
