PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spool type directional selector valve pilot system having a high speed response, enabling a large quantity of flow, high in control accuracy of pilot pressure, and low-cost at that. SOLUTION: Solenoid proportional valves 30, 32 and solenoid ON/OFF valves 40, 42 are arranged between pressure chambers 82, 84 in both end parts of a main spool 80 switching a direction of fluid and a pilot pump 50 supplying a pilot pressure. A controller 20 drives the solenoid proportional valves 30, 32 and the solenoid ON/OFF valves 40, 42 in accordance with a signal from an operating lever 10. Check valves 60, 62 are arranged between the solenoid ON/OFF valves 40, 42 and the pilot pressure chambers 82, 84.
