PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling bearing capable of ensuring strict low acoustic characteristic accurately. SOLUTION: An inner ring 1, outer ring 2, and a ball 3 of a ball bearing are formed by steel in which respective numbers of an A system intervening object and a B+C system intervening object classified according to the JIS law are below predetermined regulation values to prevent the occurrence of recessed and projecting parts on a machining face at the time of finish machining caused due to the existence of the soft A system intervening object and prevent plastic deformation and damage of a bearing part which is rolling mate by the hard B+C system intervening object so as to suppress sound from the initial time and its increase with age to low levels.
