SOLUTION: In a placing method for a condenser in a power plant, after placing a mat concrete 3 of a turbine building, a turbine, a generator foundation stage and condenser foundation 4, a condenser lower body 2 assembled in a large block in a factory or other place than a turbine building is loaded on a carried vehicle 9. The vehicle 9 is directly moved to the condenser placing position and the condenser lower body 2 is placed directly from the vehicle 9 to the condenser foundation 4.
