PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk reproducing device capable of immediately performing program searching without waiting for a pick-up access time at the time of skip reproduction without increasincg a memory capacity for writing a head data of each track beforehand. SOLUTION: This disk reproducing device is provided with a recorded position managing means 11 for managing a recorded position of a track recorded on a disk. And, the recorded position managing means 11 compares a recorded position of a last data written in a normal area of a memory means 4 with a recording position of a head data of each block to be written in a special area of a memory means 4. Further, the head data to be written in the special area is decreased in the write quantity by a system control means decreases when a recorded position difference compared by the recorded position managing means 11 is small, and the head data is increased in the write quantity when the recorded position difference is large.
