PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute the fixation with the guide rail skeleton in closing the shutter curtain without using electrical parts in a movable guide rail where the guide rail oscillates in the vertical direction along the curtain surface in response to the opening/closing of the shutter curtain. SOLUTION: This shutter for building is provided with first and second fixing rods 17, 18 in a state where lower end portions 17a, 18a freely make appearances from the lower end edge of a guide piece constituting a guide rail 5, the upper end portion of respective fixing rods 17, 18 is restricted in oscillation back and forth relative to the guide piece, but it is supported in a freely oscillating manner so as to take a tilted posture from an upright posture to a tilted posture facing the outside in the right and left directions, and in response to the upward oscillation of the guide piece, the fixed rods 17, 18 fitting to a fit-receive part 20 are oscillated so as to be guided to a hole edge, thereby taking a tilted posture, and escape from the fit-receive part 20.
