PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to recognize the positions of cursor keys even in blind touch typing operation by providing projections on the tops of the cursor keys. SOLUTION: The keyboard is provided with the cursor keys 11 to 14 for moving a cursor, displayed on an LCD panel, up and down, and right and left. The cursor moves up with the 'UP' key 11 and moves down with the 'DOWN' key 12. The cursor moves left with the 'LEFT' key 14 and moves right with the 'RIGHT' key 14. On the top 12a of the 'DOWN' key 12, a projection part 15 is provided to position the cursor at its home position. When key input is done by blind touch typing, the projection part 15 is recognized with a finger and then it is recognized that the key having the projection part 15 is the 'DOWN' key 12, so that the positions of other keys can be grasped on the basis of the key 12.
