摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an output circuit for an amplification solid-state image pickup device that can sufficiently ensure an operating margin with respect to fluctuation in a threshold voltage and a power supply voltage with a simple configuration and suppress fluctuation in current consumption and is stably operated at a low voltage. SOLUTION: A 1st source follower circuit in this output circuit consist of a 1st MOS transistor(TR) Q11 and a 2nd MOS load TR Q15 connected to the 1st MOS TR Q11 via a vertical signal line. A current mirror circuit consists of a 2nd MOS TR Q15, and a 3rd MOS TR Q21 of the same channel structure as that of the TR Q15 whose gate and drain are connected to a gate of the 2nd MOS TR Q15. A rain of the 3rd MOS TR Q21 is connected to a power supply via a fixed resistor R11. Since dispersion in a current flowing through the fixed resistor R11 and the 3rd MOS TR Q21 is small, dispersion in the current through the 2nd MOS load TR Q15 is decreased to ensure a wide operating margin.
