PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide dustless paper sparingly raising dust at a low cost which has a lower degree of raising dust than dustless paper made principally of pulp, can be used as more inexpensive dustless paper and is suitable e.g. for joined paper for a substrate of electronic parts (e.g. a lead frame and shadow mask) having at least one metal surface or metal-plated surface. SOLUTION: This dustless paper is characterized by applying 3-10 g/m2 dry basis weight of at least one synthetic resin selected from the group consisting of SBR and an acrylic synthetic resin both having a Tg of 0-30 deg.C to both surfaces of blank paper not containing a loading material and having the basis weight specified by JIS P 8124 of 20-40 g/m2, the chloride ion concentration specified by JIS K 0101 of 10-100 ppm and the sulfate ion concentration specified by TAPPI 468M 60 of 10-200 ppm, followed by calendering so as for smoothness specified by JIS P 8119 to be >=500 seconds on the surface side.
