摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely exchange information with a fixed station even when shadowing occurs. SOLUTION: When shadowing does not occurs, a second mobile object 3 exchanges information with a fixed station 1 through a second transmitting/ receiving means 3c. When the second mobile object 3 is damaged with shadowing by the influence of a first moving object 2, the reduction of a received field strength is detected by a detecting means 3e and reported to a control means 3f. The control means 3f issues a control command to a third transmitting/receiving means 3d and inter-car communication is started by the third transmitting/receiving means 3d. As a result, information from the fixed station 1 is received by a first transmitting/receiving means 2b, converted to a frequency for inter-car communication by a relay means 2c and received later by the third transmitting/receiving means 3d. Besides, information transmitted by the third transmitting/receiving means 3d is converted to frequency for road/vehicle communication by the relay means 2c and transmitted later through the first transmitting/receiving means 2b to the fixed station 1.
