PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hanger for clothes which can be speedily simply assembled and disassembled by manual operation. SOLUTION: This hanger is formed of a suspending hook A made of a metal in which a key 13 is protruded from an insertion straight rod 12, a cylindrical rotating sleeve C made of a synthetic resin through which the insertion straight rod 12 can be inserted, and a hanger main body B made of a synthetic resin in which a bearing boss 17 for the rotating sleeve C is erected downward. A first key groove 23 in a vertically through state for insertion and withdrawal corresponding to the key 13 and a second key groove 24 in a non-through state with only an upper part blocked for preventing coming-off are notched in the bearing inner circumferential surface of the rotating sleeve C so as to provide a locational relationship to maintain the predetermined operation angle of rotation of the suspending hook A to make the ceiling surface of the second key groove 24 function as an upper limit stopper 25 for the key 13.
