SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of preparing of calcium gluconate of the increased solubility and decreased bacterial contamination that can be used for injection solutions preparing. Method involves treatment of calcium gluconate aqueous solutions with activated carbon, concentration, evaporation and crystallization under cooling. Crystals are separated and washed out and calcium gluconate aqueous solution is subjected for preliminary concentration before the stage of its treatment with activated carbon repeatedly. Crystallization is carried out from solutions of concentration 250-350 g/l up to decrease of concentration in solution below 150 g/l. Formed crystals are washed out with hydrogen peroxide solution cooled to 5-7 C either calcium gluconate aqueous solution is subjected for preliminary concentration before the stage of treatment with activated carbon followed by treatment with activated carbon again. Crystallization is carried out from solutions with concentration 150-250 g/l by addition of water-soluble organic solvent (50% by volume) before crystallization onset. Formed crystals are washed out with hydrogen peroxide solution cooled to 5-7 C. Invention provides preparing noncrystalline solutions corresponding to international standards.
