ALUMINUM ALLOY, AND ELEMENT FOR DETECTING BEAM USING THE SAME AND ITS MANUFACTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve accuracy in the beam-shaped state detection of charged particles or the like, improve handlability in an element for detecting beams, improve measurement working efficiency, enlarge and improve an applicable measurement environment range, and reduce the manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method is provided with a process for manufacturing an aluminum substrate that is made of an aluminum alloy where an emission activator has been added, and a process for forming an anodic oxide layer containingαalumina on the surface of the aluminum substrate, thus manufacturing the element for detecting beams where the anodic oxide layer containingαalumina where the emission activator has been added is formed on the aluminum substrate surface.
