PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use part items in common and to simplify an assembly process in a bonnet hood cushioning device for a vehicle. SOLUTION: A bulkhead 5 is reinforced with a metallic reinforcing member 10, and in a flat part 11 in the metallic reinforcing member 10 exposed on the upper part of the bulkhead, a mounting hole 12 is formed. A cushion material 13, in which a screw groove 15 fitted and screwed to the circumference part 14 of the mounting hole is formed in the circumference, is provided for damping a shock when a bonnet hood of the vehicle is closed.
