The device has at least one electrical half-bridge with two power switches in series whose electrical junction represents an inverter output. Each switch contains a parallel circuit of at least one MOSFET and IGBT and has a parallel free-wheel path with a diode and the MOSFET body diodes. The power switches have a drive that simultaneously switches on the power switch's MOSFET and IGBT and switches off the MOSFET with a delay relative to the IGBT. The device has at least one electrical half-bridge with two power switches in series whose electrical junction represents an output of the inverter, each of which contains a parallel circuit of at least one MOSFET (M11-M2m) and at least one IGBT (I11-I2n) and has a parallel free-wheel path with a diode. The MOSFET's body diodes (K11-K2m) are in the free-wheel path. The power switches have a drive that simultaneously switches on the MOSFET and IGBT for a power switch and switches off the MOSFET with a delay relative to the IGBT. Independent claims are also included for the following: a method of converting an electrically direct system into an alternating system and a battery-powered warehouse vehicle with a three-phase motor and an inverter. |
