PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated sheet wherein flexibility is excellent, soft touch feeling is provided and in forming, especially in stamp forming, inferior appearance is not generated. SOLUTION: The laminated sheet is provided by laminating a surface layer comprising a thermoplastic polyurethane based elastomer, an intermediate layer comprising an adhesive polyolefin based resin of which the crystalline melting heat amount is within a specified range, and a substrate layer comprising a polyolefin based resin in this order.
