PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To strengthen a rigidity of a car body lower portion structure in which rear end portions of right and left front side members of vehicle are obliquely bent to a rear outside of car respectively and rear ends of the respective front side members are connected to right and left rocker rails respectively. SOLUTION: In the car body lower portion structure, rear end portions 11 of right and left front side members IA, 1B forming a lower portion frame of a car body and extending to a forward/rearward direction of the car body are obliquely bent to a rear outside of car respectively and rear ends 12 of the respective front side members 1A, 1B are connected to right and left rocker rails 2A, 2B respectively. A cross member 4A is laid between the bent portions 13 of the right and left front side members 1A, 1B in a car width direction. A bending of the bent portions 13 of the front side members 1A, 1B to a car inside at the time of front surface collision of vehicle is prevented by supporting them each other through the cross member 4A.
