PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make maintenance and control work to electric apparatus efficient by simplifying wiring work for the phosphorus removing unit, submersible pump, water level sensor, etc., to be built into a septic tank. SOLUTION: A junction box is mounted to the upper part in the septic tank, more preferably the inside wall surface of a manhole and this junction box is provided with a waterproof connector in connecting and wiring the electric apparatus built into the tank and an outdoor power-supply cable. A fixture is fixed to the inside wall surface of the manhole and the junction box is freely attachably and detachably inserted to the fixture.
