PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent impossibleness of turning caused by a reverse flow in a relief flow passage. SOLUTION: A hydraulically operated steering clutch/brake 12 provided with a clutch part for connecting/disconnecting a transmission and a brake part positioned at a downstream side of the transmission and braking the traveling devices is interposed in respective transmission systems for right and left traveling devices. A variable relief valve 42 for operating the steering clutch/ brake 12 so as to gradually increase a brake force by adjusting a relief pressure from the steering clutch/brake 12 after the clutch is disconnected based on an operation of a steering operation tool 39 is provided. A check valve CV is interposed on the respective relief flow passages RL from the steering clutch/ brake 12.
