PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image pickup device that imparts flexibility in a sensitivity pattern of each pixel of a CCD image sensor. SOLUTION: When a pulse read from a 2nd-phase power supply 2c and a 3rd-phase power supply 3a is applied to the CCD image sensor of an AND-type with first timing, stored electric charges are outputted to a vertical transfer CCD 7a from PD(photodiodes) 8b, 8d connected to 2nd-phase electrodes 5b, 5d and 3rd-phase electrodes 6b, 6d.
