PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for synthesizing building data and periphery data which can use prepared data on three-dimensional shapes in peripheral environment of a building for a walk-through by putting them together with three-dimensional shape data on the building itself. SOLUTION: After the three-dimensional shape data on the ground and the existent building present on the ground are registered on a server computer and the three-dimensional shape data of the building are generated on a client computer, three-dimensional shape data representing the periphery of a place where the building is scheduled to be constructed are read out of the server computer through a transmission medium, and put together with the three- dimensional shape data on the client computer and displayed, thereby synthesizing the building data and periphery data. |
