PURPOSE: A water-saving toilet bowl is provided to wash away excrements with small quantity of water compared with conventional toilet bowl. CONSTITUTION: The water-saving toilet bowl comprises: a water tank(5) provided with a drain outlet(6) moving vertically according to the quantity of water at the supported state by a coil spring(4); a case(12) making excrements discharge vertically by receiving the water drained from a water supply unit(8), then draining through a drainage hole(10) along a discharge hole(14); a ring-shaped rubber backing(9) letting the drain outlet(6) fit into the water supply unit(8) to be waterproofed; a push bar(17) attached to the lower part of a water tank(5) longitudinally; a lever bar(18) pushed or relaxed by the push bar(17) to operate a discharge part(15) of the case(12), and an operating instrument(20) provided with an operating plate(19); an operating room provided with an outlet(24) with the built-in operating plate(19); and a water tank cover(30) covering up the water tank(5).
