PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dielectric resonator where thin film electrode layers of a thin film layered electrode formed on a flat face of a dielectric board of the dielectric resonator and a single layered electrode formed on a side face of the dielectric board can surely electrically be short-circuited. SOLUTION: The thin film layered electrode 18 with a structure where the thin film electrode layers 16 and thin film dielectric layers 17 are alternately layered is formed on a region of the dielectric board 14 at the inner side from edges of the flat faces 12, 13 of the dielectric board 14 and the single layered electrode 19 is formed on a region other than the region on which the thin film layered electrode 18 is formed in a state that the end of the thin film electrode layers 16 is surely exposed from the thin film dielectric layers 17. |
