PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the moving-type water supplying and draining equipment capable of dispensing with a vehicle with special kind of equipment exclusively modified, utilizing a generalized compact flat floor cargo carrier, loading and unloading a submerged pump by human-power of one worker, utilizing the vehicle for the other purposes when it is not on duty, and being inexpensively maintained and managed. SOLUTION: A housing 3 with an opening and closing door is loaded on the flat floor cargo carrier, plural portable submerged pumps 6 capable of being loaded and unloaded by human-power of one worker, plural cabtire cables 7, plural drain hoses 8, and plural floats for floating are demountably accommodated in the housing 3, and a control panel for controlling the operation of the pumps are mounted in a state of being faced to the outside of the housing 3.
