PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressurized plate bearing member which is high in versatility, allows suitable insertion of a tension member into an excavation hole formed therein even if the hole is tilted with respect to a perpendicular of a slope, can cope with the insertion of the tension member without performing additional work if the tilt angle of the tension member falls in a predetermined range, and holds an essential unevenness absorbing effect to a possible largest extent. SOLUTION: According to the pressurized plate bearing member 40, a through hole 410 formed therein at the center thereof is shaped into a right cylinder C4 having elliptically-formed upper and lower bottom faces. Provided that the diameter of the tension member 2 is set to D, the thickness of the pressurized bearing member 40 to T, and the maximum allowance of the tilt angle of an axis P of the tension member 2 with respect to the perpendicular V of the bottom face of the pressurized plate bearing member 40 toθ, a length Ya of a major axis of the elliptically formed through hole 410 satisfies the following equation: [D/2+Ttanθ<=Ya<=D/2+Ttanθ+D/2cosθ].
