PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning system which performs heater heating by heat pump heating and warm water, and is capable of effective use of thermal energy of warm water, etc. SOLUTION: There are provided an indoor side heat exchanger 3 that operates as a condenser with the aid of a refrigerant of a freezing cycle, a heating heater 6 which is disposed on a flow passage for indoor air heat exchanging with the exchanger and heat exchanging with indoor air by forcing a warm heat fluid to flow, and a first temperature detection means 13 for detecting temperature in a room. Also provided is a control device 9 for operating the indoor side heat exchanger 3 as a condenser when indoor temperature detected by the first temperature detection means 13 after the elapse of a predetermined time after starting indoor heating by forcing a warm heat fluid to flow to the heating heater 6 does not reach specified temperature.
