摘要 A stepless variable transmission for differential speed-regulation planetary gears. Two stages of planetary mechanisms are connected in series to form a differential gear train. A first-stage internal gear (14) is used as the input, and a first-stage sun gear (16) and a first-stage planetary carrier (15) are used as the output. The first-stage planetary carrier is connected to a second-stage sun gear (10), and the first-stage sun gear is connected to a second-stage planetary carrier (7). A second-stage internal gear (8) is used as the output. A rotating speed control mechanism is disposed between a first-stage planetary mechanism and a second-stage planetary mechanism. The input end of the rotating speed control mechanism is connected to a speed regulation motor, and the output end is connected to a connecting shaft between the first-stage sun gear and the second-stage planetary carrier. A speed changing mechanism is disposed between the input end and the output end of the rotating speed control mechanism. In order to realize the function of an automotive gearbox, a third-stage planetary mechanism is disposed; a third-stage sun gear (23) is connected to a second-stage internal gear; and a clutch (13) and a brake are integrally disposed on a third-stage planetary carrier (12). After the design is adopted, the stepless variable transmission has the advantages of being continuous in transmission of power, high in transmission efficiency of gears, small in volume, light in weight, convenient in control and wide in application scope.
