PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal-plated glass cloth which is easily produced, is low in cost, moreover, is excellent in adhesive strength to glass fiber of a metal coated film layer formed by plating and has an electromagnetic wave shielding effect of stable high quality. SOLUTION: This metal-plated glass cloth features that the glass cloth is coated with resin of >=0.1 wt.% and <40.0 wt.% per glass cloth, further, the metallic coated film layer is formed on the coated film layer and, with respect to warp and weft which constitutes the glass cloth, a void part generated by the gap between neighboring yarns themselves of at least one side is substantially dense.
