PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the feeling of use at an interruption to the use by restraining the outflow of high-temperature hot-water into a general hot-water feeding passage 4 regardless of the amount of hot-water demanded by the interruption control of hot-water supply wherein a high-temperature hot-water supply ON-OFF valve 21 is closed with a delay at the time of switching the high-temperature hot-water supplying control to a general hot-water supplying control when an interruption command for supplying hot-water from the general hot-water supplying passage 4 is given while the high-temperature hot-water supplying control for supplying the hot-water from the high-temperature hot-water supplying passage 6 is being executed, in a hot-water supplying device equipped with a heat exchanger 2 for heating water from a water feeding passage 1, a bypass passage 7 for connecting the water feeding passage 1 directly to a general hot-water supplying passage 4, a high-temperature hot-water supplying passage 6 branched at the upstream side of the connecting point of the bypass passage 7 and the high-temperature hot-water supplying ON-OFF valve 21 for opening and closing the high-temperature hot-water supplying passage 6. SOLUTION: A high-temperature hot-water supplying amount regulating means 20 for regulating the flow rate of the high-temperature hot-water supplying passage 6 is operated so that the flow rate in the high-temperature hot-water supplying passage 6 in the interruption control of hot-water supplying is increased as the temperature of water from the water feeding passage 1 is high and that the same is increased as the amount of offering hot-water supply of hot-water in the general hot-water supplying passage 4 is much.
