PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gate line driving circuit which can adjust the pulse width of a scanning signal to reduce a phenomenon of variation in liquid crystal applied voltage during gate pulse application to a front stage and adjust the scanning frequency of a non-display part by a partial display function of power consumption reduction. SOLUTION: The gate line driving circuit is characterized by that a non- overlap period for adjusting the high width of a scanning signal is set and prescribed by the number of reference clocks and can be adjusted.
