PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lubricate a valve mechanism without resistance by feeding oil mist not containing an oil droplet. SOLUTION: In the valve mechanism lubricating device of engine, in which a head cover 36 is connected to an upper end of a cylinder head 8, the valve mechanism chamber 21b is demarcated between the cylinder head 8 and the head cover 36, a transfer means 61 for transferring oil mist in an oil tank 40, an oil recovering chamber 74 for recovering by sucking the oil stored in the valve mechanism chamber 21b, and a breather chamber 69 extracting blow-by gas from the valve mechanism chamber 21b are connected to the valve mechanism chamber 21b, an oil droplet separating chamber 73 for introducing the oil mist not containing the oil droplet into the valve mechanism chamber 21b by separating oil droplet from the oil mist fed from the transfer means 61 is provided between the transfer means 61 and the valve mechanism chamber 21b.
