PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image spectrometry device integrally formable to have a small size and a light weight with a simple constitution, having an inexpensive manufacturing cost, and capable of measuring an image to be observed without deformation highly accurately in a wide measuring range. SOLUTION: This image spectrometry device 1 comprises a scanning interference mechanism A equipped with a first light transmitter 2 having a light incident face 2a, a beam splitter 5, a second light transmitter 3 having a light outgoing face 3c, a light refractive index matching means 6, a third light transmitter 4 for scanning and reflecting means 2d, 3d provided on an optical path for introducing a beam from the light incident face to the light outgoing face, and a sample measuring mechanism B provided adjacent to the scanning interference mechanism. The sample measuring mechanism has a constitution equipped with a light transmitter 7 for an outgoing beam arranged on the light outgoing face, a sample installation face 7b provided on one side of the light transmitter for the outgoing beam, a projection lens 8 arranged on the optical path of the beam transmitted through the sample W, and a multi-channel detector 9.
