FIELD: pharmaceutics. ^ SUBSTANCE: the present innovation refers to the method of body sanitation based upon the principle of correspondence to the current period (season) of the year (chronobiology) and deals with purgative procedures, dosed physical loading, dietotherapy along with the intake of curative plant compositions indicated for preventing exhaustion and over-work of the most actively working organs, moreover, as curative plant compositions in each season of the year it is necessary to apply phytocomplexes frequency characteristics (spectrograms) of which within frequency range of 100 Hz-250 KHz at correlating with frequency characteristics (spectrograms) in the same frequency range of the organs mostly affected by corresponding seasonal overloadings compensate seasonal peculiarities of the mentioned spectrograms; moreover, as a phytocomplex in spring period it is necessary to apply the composition of plant ingredients that includes in equal quantities the sprouts of Kurile tea, Bergenia leaf, the herb of hill saltwort, Artemisia and St. John's wort, juniper, the roots of chicory, elecampane, Filipendula, shelf fungus; in summer period - the leaf and the flower of willow-weed, the fruits of hawthorn, mountain ash, the roots of Angelica, licorice, the fruits of dog rose, the leaf of common plantain, the leaf of mountain cranberry, the flower of camomile and apple-tree; in autumn period - the sprouts of Kurile tea, the leaf of Bergenia, the roots of Potentilla, licorice, the herb of bilberry, thyme, St. John's wort, the flowers of calendula, the leaf of currant, the fruits of dog rose; in winter period - the sprouts of Kurile tea, the leaf of Bergenia, European golden-rod, golden root, Siberian stag's root, red root, the fruits of juniper, common wormwood, mountain cranberry, and in transitional periods (inter-seasonal periods) - the sprouts of Kurile tea, the roots of dandelion, burdock, chicory, the leaf of plantain, nettle, the fruits of dog rose, the flowers of camomile. Sanitation phytocomplex includes the composition of plant ingredients which were matched according to body seasonal peculiarities, moreover, for maintaining and preventing hepatic and cholecystic over-work, especially in spring period, the mentioned composition of plant ingredients includes taken at equal quantities the sprouts of Kurile tea, the leaf of Bergenia, the herb of hill saltwort, Artemisia and St. John's wort, the fruits of juniper, the roots of chicory, elecampane, Filipendula and shelf fungus. Sanitation phytocomplex includes the composition of plant ingredients which were matched according to body seasonal peculiarities, moreover, for preventing over-work and exhaustion of heart and small intestine, especially in summer period, the mentioned composition of plant ingredients contains at equal quantities the leaf and the flow of willow-weed, the fruits of hawthorn, mountain ash, the roots of Angelica, licorice, the fruits of dog rose, the leaf of common plantain, the leaf of mountain cranberry, the flower of camomile and apple-tree. Sanitation phytocomplex includes the composition of plant ingredients which were matched according to body seasonal peculiarities, moreover for preventing over-work and exhaustion of stomach, pancreas and spleen the mentioned composition of plant ingredients contains taken at equal quantities the sprouts of Kurile tea, the roots of dandelion, chicory, the leaf of plantain, nettle, the fruits of dog rose and flower of camomile.
