PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a morning call service, that makes a phone call to a user at a time designated by the user so as to wake up the user, at no charge to the user. SOLUTION: The user makes a phone call to a morning call center 2 and registers information required for the morning call service such as a telephone number desiring the morning call and a designated time to the center 2 in voice. When the time designated by the user comes, a controller 5 gives an instruction to a voice output device 4 to make a morning call to the designated telephone number and provides a commercial message. The system can provide the morning call service to the user at no charge by providing the commercial message to the user.
