PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a calling rate and to improve convenience of a user by providing an IP call connecting method, a system for the same, a calling control apparatus, a first repeating apparatus, and a second repeating apparatus by which calling by using an IP network including international telephone calls can be carried out by simple operation. SOLUTION: As the IP call connecting method, according to control by the calling control apparatus connected to a caller-side call apparatus, the caller-side call apparatus calls the first repeating apparatus, the caller-side call apparatus transmits caller-side specifying information, with which a caller-side call apparatus can be specified, to the first repeating apparatus, which transmits the caller- side specifying information to the second repeating apparatus by utilizing an IP network, and the second repeating apparatus calls the caller-side call apparatus specified with the received caller-side specifying information to permit speech between the caller-side call apparatus and the caller-side call apparatus through the first repeating apparatus and the second repeating apparatus.
