PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To readily attach a band to a watch and detach the band therefrom. SOLUTION: A stepped pin 104 integrally formed in a rod 102 is engaged into a hole 108 with a small diameter of a band clasp plate 105 integrally formed at a clasp 103 through a connecting hole 109 to fix a band 117 to a case 101. Passing of a small diameter portion 115 through the connecting hole 109 makes spring portions 112 and 113 bend to enlarge the connecting hole 109. In a fixed state of the band 117, a distance L1 from a hole 107 with a large diameter to the nearest end part of the clasp 103 and a distance L2 from the hole 108 with a small diameter to the nearest end part of the clasp 103 are made smaller than a distance L3 from the hole 108 to the nearest end part of the case 101, and a distance L from the hole 108 to the end part of the clasp 103 nearest to the case 101 is made smaller than the distance L3, so that the band does not fall off unexpectedly.
