PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grip apparatus which can efficiently prevent that vibrations are directly transmitted to the hand of a worker through an operation rod and a grip (holding portion). SOLUTION: This grip apparatus (20) that is fit onto the operation rod (7) to whose front end a working portion (10) to which the power of an internal combustion engine is transmitted is attached and wherein a throttle lever for controlling the opening of the throttle valve (CV) of the internal combustion engine is built comprises a grip body (25) wherein a lever case portion (40) swingably holding the throttle lever (50) is connected to the front side of a cylindrical holding portion (30) to be held by the hand, and a pair of front and rear circular or cylindrical vibration-proof tools (70, 70) comprising an elastic material and inserted between the operation rod (7) and the front and rear portions (41), (31) of the grip body (25) to support the grip body (25) in a state floated from the operation rod (7).
