PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synchronizing device for video information and event information which can efficiently make the event information correspond to a video by synchronizing the video information and event information or pieces of event information with each other. SOLUTION: The device has an event list read-in means having a function of reading in a list of event information holding featured information of a video or related information and corresponding time information on the video in a pair and a means of reading in the video information, and the video information and event list are synchronized with each other by matching their relative start times.
