PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method in which noises produced by an object to be measured can be easily measured at a lower cost. SOLUTION: The method for measuring intensity of noises produced by a hard disk drive H having a motor which uses a probe 4 having a microphone 4A and a vibration sensor 4B which are integrated. Sound pressure is measured by the microphone 4A and vibration speed is measured by the vibration sensor 4B. The measuring positions are at least 2 positions, one of which is at the center of the surface of the case HC of the hard disk drive H, and another position is the neighborhood of the motor.
