PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scanner apparatus, a compound machine, and a documentation management system that eliminate risks where document attributes are erroneously added, when sending a plurality of scanner documents, prevent the scanner documents from being seen by third parties without notice, even if the scanner documents are stored into the compound machine, and have no risk of the disclosure of secrets without one's authorization. SOLUTION: There are provided a scanner input section 100 for scanning document data; an information input section 101 for inputting document attribute information or document attribute information and security information; a storage section 102 for storing the scanner documents inputted at the scanner input section and the information, inputted at the information input section; and an output section 103 for relating the scanner documents and information stored into the storage section 102 for outputting.
