PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a duty rate automatic adjusting circuit capable of automatically adjusting the duty rate of a pulse signal to be outputted from an oscillation circuit or the like as a target value. SOLUTION: A duty rate detection control part detects whether the duty rate of the output signal of a buffer for duty rate adjustment for adjusting the duty rate of a pulse signal to be supplied from an oscillation circuit or the like is larger or smaller than a target value based on the output signal of the buffer for duty rate adjustment and its inversion signal. Then, the output signal of the buffer for duty rate adjustment is automatically adjusted so that the duty rate can be set as the target value based on the detection result of the duty rate detection control part.
