Device includes a laser light source, input attenuator of laser radiation, diffusing medium in form of diffusion-scattering plate, distribution channel scattered laser radiation, photodiode, measuring and computing unit. Distribution channel scattered laser radiation formed of a fibre-optic connector, stepped attenuator, spectral filter and neutral attenuator. Fibre-optic collector is a set of optical fibres, contained in the inlet and outlet frames. Output frame includes additional diffuse diffuser made of milk glass.
