PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric converter having a high conversion efficiency and a high reliability, and to provide its manufacturing method.

SOLUTION: In the photoelectric converter manufactured by comprising the steps of: arranging a number of first conductive type crystal silicon particles 3 on an aluminum layer 1 to serve as one electrode; arranging an insulation material 2 between the crystal silicon particles 3; and forming a second conductive type semiconductor part 4 on the crystal silicon particles 3; a layer cyanide 6 is formed on the surface of the particle 3 and the layer 1.
