The proposed piezoelectric mechanical-electric transducer contains an asymmetric bimorph transducer and a matching amplifier. The bimorph transducer contains a metallic plate and a thickness-polarized disk piezoelectric element with a disk electrode and a ring-shaped electrode that are arranged coaxially to each other. The disk electrode is connected to the output of the matching amplifier. The ring-shaped electrode and the metallic plate are connected to the common terminal of the transducer electric circuit. Between one of the end surfaces of the piezoelectric element and the metallic plate, a layer of dielectric material is provided.
