PURPOSE: A brush unit of a DC motor is provided to reduce the number of components and simplify an assembling process by forming a power connection part with one body. CONSTITUTION: A brush unit of a DC motor includes a couple of brushes(140), a contact part, an extension part, and a support part. The contact part(141) is close to a rectifier of a top end of the brush. The extension part(145) is extended to a lower end of the contact part in order to be connected to a power source. The support part(143) is used for supporting the extension part in order to maintain constantly a predetermined gap between the brushes. The support part is cut when the brushes are fixed on a PCB.
