PURPOSE: A time information service providing method in a PBX(Private Branch eXchange) is provided to perform time information service function by applying current time of an area where a terminal user is positioned according to a reference city and service time. CONSTITUTION: A terminal user selects time information service through a terminal in an area where the user is positioned and selects a type of the time information service(S20,S21). When the terminal user is traveled into a foreign country and wants to register for time information service on the basis of time of the foreign country, the user inputs a reference city of time information and service time on the basis of the corresponding reference city(S22). A PBX performs the selected time information service function by applying time of the area where the user is positioned according to the inputted reference city and service time(S23).
